Jessica brings over 15 years of consulting, business management, and higher education experience to lead Breakthrough’s individual and corporate engagement and development outreach. Prior to Breakthrough, Jessica managed business transformation and large-scale software implementation programs for Accenture. Most recently, she was responsible for business and community engagement efforts at Penn State Abington.

Jessica is an advocate for equitable educational opportunities for young people in the Philadelphia area. For the past five years, she has been on the board of directors as chair of the development committee for a literacy non-profit serving Philadelphia’s youngest readers.

Jessica has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing and Spanish from Albright College.
