Jane Rosenberg

Principal, Business Development & Employer Partnerships, Penn Signature Services, Penn Medicine

Jane serves as Principal of Business Development and Employer Partnerships for Penn Signature Services at Penn Medicine, where she leads strategic initiatives to expand and strengthen high-impact programs across the health system. In this role, she partners closely with clinical and corporate leadership to design and execute cross-organizational strategies that enhance Penn Medicine’s Signature Services portfolio. Jane drives growth by cultivating partnerships with regional, national, and global organizations, positioning Penn Medicine as a leader in innovative and specialty care collaborations.

Prior to Penn Medicine, Jane spent more than 15 years as the Executive Director of the British American Business Council. Jane created transatlantic business development programs for international executives across multiple industries, contributing to initiatives that supported trade policy and global economic development. Earlier in her career, she worked at Deloitte LLP building go-to-market strategies and proposals for new clients.

A Fulbright Scholar, Jane lived, worked, and studied in Mexico City and is fluent in Spanish. She is a graduate of Germantown Friends School and the University of Pennsylvania. A former GFS parent, Jane was introduced to Breakthrough through her daughter Gabriela’s participation in the Breakthrough-GFS Community Connections program.
