David serves as Chief of Staff for Pennsylvania's Office of Transformation and Opportunity. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University and lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Kim, and daughter, Ziya. 

 

Why Breakthrough
Each summer growing up, Breakthrough teachers would stay at my house, so I saw the way the program helps young teachers learn, grow and commit to the profession. It's Breakthrough's dual mission of both supporting students and training the next generation of teachers that has drawn me to supporting the program.
