As Principal and Regional Manager of Bohler’s Pennsylvania Region, Cornelius is focused on client relationship management and project team coordination, facilitating communication between all key players. In addition to serving on Breakthrough’s Board of Directors, Cornelius serves on BIA of Philadelphia's Board of Directors and supports the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, as well as the Government Affairs Committee. His daughter Zoe is a sophomore at St. Joe’s and his son Jarred is a rising freshman at Drexel.  
 
Why Breakthrough
Growing up as a minority from an underserved community in Philadelphia, I see myself in these kids. It’s important to me that they can relate to me and see an example of what they can go on to achieve. By sharing my journey with them, my hope is that I was able to inspire someone to identify their career path and have a more direct route to success.
