Abe Diallo, Breakthrough Advisory Board Member

Abe Diallo is a Senior Commercial and Industrial Lender/Advisor, most recently with the Commercial Community Bank of Truist. His focus areas include business development, client relationship management, advisory services - including capital markets and investment banking - and traditional banking services such as lending, cash management, payment solutions, insurance services, and wealth management.
 

With over 23 years of experience in banking, Mr. Diallo has held several roles in commercial banking including Credit Analyst, Senior Credit Analyst, AVP-Credit Manager, VP-Business Development Officer and VP-Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager Lead. Mr. Diallo’s humble beginnings in banking began in New York City at a boutique investment firm named Greenhill & Co. at the age of 16 years old. 
 

Mr. Diallo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Gettysburg College, with a concentration in accounting, finance, and business management. He is also a graduate of the Swiss Finance Academy, the RMA School for Commercial Lending, and a 2025 candidate for the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. 
 

He is a member of Philadelphia’s Union League and the Pyramid Club. Passionate about giving back, Mr. Diallo mentors teenagers in inner-city communities through various organizations in both Philadelphia and New York City. In his free time, Diallo enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, reading, investing, and playing or watching soccer.
