David Zavitz is a seasoned telecommunications and operations executive with over two decades of leadership experience across companies like Comcast, NBCUniversal, PricewaterhouseCoopers and CTDI. He currently serves as General Manager at CTDI, where he leads Business Development and Strategy for the Networks and Cable Business Unit, a division delivering supply chain, logistics engineering and technical repair to major telecom clients including AT&T, Verizon, and Comcast. Known for driving business transformation, David has a strong track record in strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer experience. His leadership has spanned multi-billion-dollar regions, large-scale workforce management, and innovative technology development. David holds an MBA from Virginia Tech, is Prosci-certified in change management, and has served on the board of Breakthrough Philadelphia since 2017, championing educational equity. David has been a Philadelphia city resident since 2004, and enjoys playing tennis with his 14 year old daughter, the Buffalo Bills, and the splendors of city living.
