Breakthrough welcomed Kanchan Rai to the team in September 2023. In 2022-2023, she volunteered with Breakthrough’s Development Committee, helping secure EITC funding and playing leadership roles in Breakthrough’s annual appeal and 2023 Spring Soirée.
