Francine Boone
Associate General Counsel, Amtrak Railroad Operations
Francine Thornton Boone recently joined Amtrak as an Associate General Counsel in the Office of General Counsel/Railroad Operations, where she serves as legal counsel on environmental, construction, transportation, regulatory, and other transaction matters. Previously, Francine served as Associate General Counsel for Henkels & McCoy Shared Services, Inc., a national infrastructure construction company, where she headed the commercial legal team and insurance team. She is a graduate of Hampton University and Temple University School of Law. Francine is married to Kenneth Boone, a retired Managing Director, JP Morgan, Global Mergers & Acquisitions. They reside in the Chestnut Hill Section of Philadelphia and are the proud parents of two adult daughters.
