Who are Breakthrough Students?

 

                    

 

Breakthrough students are promising 6th-12th graders with a thirst for knowledge and the potential to become first-generation college graduates. They are motivated, hard working, and committed to academic success.

 

We currently have over 300 students from grades six through twelve on the path to college. Through our vigorous summer sessions, year-round programming, mentoring, academic guidance, and informative family workshops, Breakthrough helps bridge the gap in educational achievement between low-income and affluent students.
