The following institutions help make Breakthrough’s programs possible through generous in-kind support:

 

  • Germantown Friends School has hosted Breakthrough’s home office and classroom space on their beautiful Germantown campus since the organization’s inception.

 

  • St. Joseph’s University provides office and classroom space on their beautiful Main Line campus. They also engage Breakthrough’s high school students in college-preparatory workshops throughout the year, via their Ignatian College Connection program.

 

  • Grover Washington Jr. Middle School hosts Breakthrough’s newest program site in their state of the art middle school building. The school provides classroom space year-round for our students from North Philadelphia and Olney.

 

  • William Penn Charter School hosts the Breakthrough Leaders Academy, a three-week summer program for rising 9th and 10th graders that delivers math, writing and college preparatory courses, along with leadership training.

 

 

All of Breakthrough’s hosts offer invaluable contributions to our students, providing positive learning environments and access to technology and other resources that would otherwise be unavailable.
