It is with great excitement that I share the news that Olga Corrias Hancock has joined Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia as its new director of development. In this capacity, Olga will play an integral role in advancing Breakthrough’s mission and vision.

Olga brings to our organization over a decade of experience in development. She was the director of advancement at the College of Architecture, Design, and the Arts at the University of Illinois at Chicago  leading all fundraising efforts for the College. She also worked at Loyola University Chicago as the assistant director of development for the John Felice Rome Center, where she worked on the Center’s largest capital campaign, and later as the director of alumni relations for the entire university. Most recently, she served as the Senior Associate Director for Employer and Alumni Engagement and Outreach at Princeton University. Her experience spans campaign strategy execution and budget development and management, alumni/donor relations, corporate engagement and communications.

She is a graduate of the School of Statistics at the Universita’ degli Studi di Bologna, Italy and has an MBA in Operations Management from Loyola University Chicago.
